Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job contracts, and attendance.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
- Process employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
- Assist in organizing company events, staff training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
- Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR software and databases is an advantage.
