HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job contracts, and attendance.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
  • Process employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
  • Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases is an advantage.
